The Distressing Damsel

*snicker* That quiz was too funny- I was 75% British like Michael Caine, but I can't be bothered to get the code. The questions made me laugh. (You DID get the one about us beating the Germans in the World Cup, right? It's a national thing- I'll have to hate you if you didn't.)

*pout* I almost set fire to the house on Friday...*whine* And now I can't come online (I am totally serious here) because I managed to short out the power cable for the modem. *sigh* It was smoking, my dad said, when he tried to fix it.My room smelled like burning. I can't get to my mail and/or the boards because I'm on my daddy's work laptop and they've banned sites that 'interrupt their business work. *pout*Anaita, could you do me the hugest favour (if you see this before we get it sorted out) and post at the Shatomlic board that I'm gone for a little while? Most boards I post at have someone who posts there. This sucks.

Your video is coming along pretty good- I found out that there is a programme on Monday about B&C called 'Great Romances' which I'm going to tape for you- and my latest hobby is cutting out newspaper clippings about Nicole Kidman for you. *shrug* Hope you like them.

I miss you.... *pout* I want you to be online mas. I want to be online myself. :-(

I saw FIN! I liked part I, but I just saw the end today, and it got a bit weird. (Even when she manages to accomplish whatever she has to do, dear Gab still pulls off the blonde thing- I laughed my butt off at her after she got the tattoo, when she just ran over her mission once more "Get your body, go to Mt. Fuji, cremate it, dump the ashes into the Fountain of Strength..." *shrug* )

Speaking of which, if the plan had worked, what would've happened? Instant Xena? Just mix with water and she shows up as good as new!!

I was MUY pissed off that Xena didn't even ask Gab to go see Eve- not even a "Tell her I love her" line. *sulk* Bad writers. No biscuit.

I dreamed about FIN the other day, actually. It was weird. Joxer was there, and one scene was set at my school, and it got a little crazy, but it was FIN, because Akemi was there and Xe died. They sailed away without her at the end as well. *shrug* It was depressing.

I had a nightmare yesterday as well, about Osama bin Laden. I dreamed that me, some people from school and some of my really close friends outside of school were all in my house, and he'd set up the oven in the kitchen like the Nazis did in the concentration camps- it leaked out poisonous gas and we couldn't breathe. I remember that Bonnie was there, and she was lying on my parents' bed and I was holding her as she suffocated. *sniffle* I was so upset when I woke up- I was almost crying. I had to go and wake my parents up.

I've managed to depress myself now... so I'll go. :-( *hugs* -Amber

Distressing Damsel
No, I am not a damsel in distress. I don't need to be rescued (just yet). Maybe later. But for right now, I'm just a sixteen year old girl with a blog who whines, obsesses, adores, loves, freaks out and otherwise makes her opinions well known.
I am the Distressing Damsel, who is both distressing to others and to myself, with a skin featuring the beautimous Jen Garner as Syd Bristow and gorgeous Michael Vartan as Agent Amorous... er, Vaughn. You could set your heart by his watch, honest.

Bob: Can you keep a secret? I'm trying to organize a prison break. We have to first get out of this bar, then the hotel, then the city, and then the country. Are you in or you out?
Charlotte: I'm in.
